Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Short version: this is a small store site. We don’t sell your data. If you write to us, we keep your message. A basic analytics script runs on a few pages, and Amazon sets its own cookies when you click through to buy.
What you give us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type. They are sent to a form-handling service and stored in a spreadsheet we use to read and answer messages. We use them only to reply to you.
What is collected automatically
Our web server logs basic connection information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the referring page. We use this for security and aggregate traffic statistics.
The contact, privacy, terms, thank-you and 404 pages also load an analytics script (“mfae”) from mfae.mentulamagna.com, a service run by the site owner. It may record standard visit data such as the page viewed, referrer, browser and device type, and IP address. The home page, about page and articles do not load it.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies ourselves. The home page remembers your chosen Amazon marketplace for the length of your browser session only, using session storage on your device; it is never sent to us.
Amazon and affiliate links
Swoletariat apparel is sold on Amazon, and this site takes part in the Amazon Associates program. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon’s own cookies and privacy policy apply, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We never see your Amazon account or order details.
Sharing
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers that run the site, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent.
Fonts and third parties
Fonts and scripts for the site are served from swoletariat.org itself. Links to other websites, including Amazon and armedandequal.org, are outside our control.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. Questions: hello@swoletariat.org.
